Exchange Policy

At, we know buying shoes online can seem to be discouraging: sizing issues being the most common of them all. Fret not, shoe lover! We're here to make buying shoes online easier for you.

If, for any reasons, you want to exchange the shoes you've ordered, you can ship the pair of shoes back to us. We do not accept refund & cancellation requests.

Exchange Terms:

  1. Requests for exchanges need to be e-mailed to us at within 2 days from date of delivery.
  2. Detailed instructions will be shared with you once the exchange or return request has been accepted. (This is to avoid unusual, whimsical requests.)
  3. If the product passes our quality check, we will credit the amount of that item by generating a coupon code. The coupon code will be valid for 2 months from the date of its issuance.
  4. You can exchange an item purchased on with the same item in another size or another item of the same or higher price, however, all exchanges are subject to stock availability. 
  5. Basic conditions under which an exchange request will be entertained: 
      • The item must be in a clean, sell-able condition.
      • The original packing and other materials must be intact and untampered.
      • All products need to be tried on a carpeted area for trials 
  6. We take care of extra shipping charges for sending an exchanged pair to you again only once.
  7. The item that needs to be exchanged has to be shipped back to us by you. 
  8. In case of any dispute, the decision of M/s Devika Bharadwaj is binding on all. 

Exceptions to our Exchange policies are bespoke shoes, free gifts and products sold on SALE. All of these are FINAL SALE ONLY. No returns/exchange will be made for discounted items.
